Amy Fulmer is the President and Director of Recruitment for the Futuretech Staffing Inc. family, which is comprised of Exclusive Assistants Inc., Futuretech Staffing Inc., and Futuretech Temps Inc. This family of agencies, a Minority and Women Owned Business group, operates out of Marina del Rey in California and receives the highest rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Born and raised in the East Coast, Ms. Fulmer graduated from University of Southern California’s School of Letters, Arts and Sciences. As a leader in the search industry, she actively oversees all aspects of recruitment, operation and business development, and remains passionate about forming strategic alliances between the client and recruiter. In a fundamentally unregulated business, Ms. Fulmer is driven by the value of ethics and the need for a role of “socially responsible hiring” a role that she has, through her continuous success, carved for herself and the Futuretech Family of businesses.
